We enjoy our work and believe that our enthusiasm is evident in our designs. All projects are Director led, and regular design reviews ensure that all members of our team can understand and contribute to projects. Within the office we aim to create an atmosphere which encourages debate amongst all staff. We believe this cooperative way of working, with strong leadership, leads to good imaginative design.
We take staff training and development seriously and all members of the team follow appropriate continuing professional development (CPD) programmes. These include keeping up to date with developments in the profession by attending training courses, conferences, attaining professional qualifications, reading of industry journals, a weekly CPD in house session and use of external assessors to help us with our management practice.
