Elliot joined the team in Bath in January 2026 after working with the Robert Bird Group in London. With experience on high‑rise buildings, oversite developments, and major infrastructure projects, he was ready for a fresh challenge and a change of scenery. He holds a First Class (Hons) Masters in Civil and Structural Engineering (MEng) from the University of Sheffield and is currently working towards his Chartership with the IStructE.

He is excited to learn from the depth of experience within Integral of designing low carbon structures, preserving heritage buildings and the variety of sectors within the business. The friendly team and culture are also a big draw.

Outside of work, Elliot is a keen hiker, runner, and cyclist. For balance, he also enjoys unwinding with a good book or film.
