Engineer

Nick is an enthusiastic engineer happy to get involved with anything and everything to deepen his experience. He is working on a mix of new build and conservation projects designs involving lots of different materials. His current portfolio includes Earl’s Court Primary School and Tone Works. Passionate about sustainability, he is keen to improve his knowledge of embodied carbon and the circular economy in our industry and apply this understanding to his projects. Nick is working towards his chartership with the Institution of Structural Engineers.

Graduating from the University of Bath in 2019, he was awarded the Charlie Wymer prize for design flair. He undertook a year-long placement as part of his degree and after graduating spent seven weeks in Zambia overseeing the construction of two outdoor sports courts in deprived communities. Following this Nick spent two years with a structural and civil engineering practice in London before joining Integral in 2021. He is a good communicator who enjoys sketching and presenting ideas visually.

Nick enjoys cycling and the outdoor life, getting out onto the hills locally and further afield whenever possible. He has an allotment and loves growing and eating his own food. He shares with his colleagues an enjoyment of baking and cooking.
