Pat works with the team to ensure that the HR, Health and Safety management and office processes, procedures and systems support the needs of the practice. She oversees our office administration, reviews our contracts and deals with our insurances.

Joining us in April 2016, Pat brought many years’ experience in managing small and large teams and business administration, her specialism is HR management and she has had her own HR consultancy business.

Having lived in Bath all of her life she has recently moved to Keynsham! She loves to travel, is a member of a book club and enjoys yoga. She has a rescue cat called Eric.
