Graduate Engineer

Ricky enjoys the collaborative nature of engineering across the building design process as it enables him to deepen his knowledge beyond the structural and civil engineering disciplines. He is passionate about sustainability in the built environment and having previously focused on new build, he is looking forward to learning more about the conservation and reuse of existing buildings and the use of natural materials in design and construction.

Graduating from the University of Bath in 2021 with a MEng in Civil and Architectural Engineering, he spent time studying in Denmark as part of his Masters. Ricky joined Integral in April 2023 and is now working towards chartership with the Institute of Civil Engineers. He is keen to broaden his project experience across all sectors and explore further innovative building design and the impact this has on the end user experience.

Away from the office Ricky enjoys being outdoors and can often be found hiking, cycling, long distance running or playing football. At a more leisurely pace, he is a big reader constantly book swapping with friends and a music lover always on the look out for local gigs or playing his guitar.
