What a lovely problem to have…a view from HR

Integral are growing their Bath and London teams but the summer heat has not helped us in our search, a problem other businesses will share.
It is always interesting and rewarding to see the talented people that are available, and an enjoyable part of our business is to nurture new staff and help with developing their skills. Reaching the right people takes us down many paths from advertising, networking and using social media but it is still challenging to find the right people to add to the team. This is not just due to the weather but the economic climate of the last decade, the number of people graduating in the relevant degree and the number of graduates who choose to stay in the profession. As an SME we understand that prospective employees are looking for more than just a pay packet and value working for the right employer – a real positive for us. We have a great team, provide lots of opportunities for growth, mentoring from the Directors, lots of CPD and many interesting and varied projects to work on. We currently have structural and civil engineering vacancies in central Bath and London joining a really lovely team of people with a good gender and work life balance.
As I said what a lovely problem to have and one of the most enjoyable parts of my job with Integral.
