Go ahead for Bath’s new Cancer Centre

21 April 2020

Planning permission has been granted for the new Dyson Cancer Centre at the RUH.

Integral are thrilled to be working on the latest and most complex new development at the Royal United Hospitals, a culmination of years of successful work with the Trust. The unique challenges posed by the constrained site and hospital environment meant our previous experience was invaluable with lessons learned from the new RNHRD and Brownsword Therapies Centre project being taken directly into the design. The concrete frame solution chosen provided the versatile column arrangement required for specialised internal spaces while a steel framed atrium will provide the light and open entrance space that will welcome patients to the hospital.
