Associate

Amanda is involved in the design and management of a diverse range of projects, including new build, adaptive reuse and conservation. As an Associate Engineer she provides both client-facing and technical leadership across projects.

With a strong interest in low carbon design, retrofit and conservation, Amanda is currently working towards CARE accreditation. She is passionate about breathing new life into existing structures, remodelling and repurposing buildings from a different era to meet modern needs. Amanda is a member of the IStructE Structural Engineers Declare task group and plays a leading role in driving our internal reuse group.

Amanda enjoys working collaboratively as a design partner, contributing beyond the structural essentials. Her aim is to understand each building, its purpose and its context – whether new or existing, and to add value throughout the design process.

Away from the office she enjoys hiking and cycling long distances with friends.
