Bath’s new World Heritage Centre opening event
We were thrilled to attend the design team opening event of the new World Heritage Centre in Bath, officially opening to the public in Spring 2022.

Approval for redevelopment of Clive Booth Student Village
Integral were pleased to hear that Clive Booth Student Village has finally received planning permission. It will provide much needed accommodation for students at Oxford Brookes University thus reducing the number of students living in Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMOs) in Oxford and hopefully making these available for local residents.

Redevelopment of prominent North Quay House in Bristol obtains planning permission
The proposed scheme which will retain but redevelop the existing 1980s office block owned by Legal & General UK Property Fund received planning approval from Bristol City Council in July, a key milestone for the project.
