Holly is part of the Technicial team producing technical drawings in Revit and AutoCAD. Her commitment to supporting the team enables her to embrace new opportunities to develop her skills, both working on a range of projects and researching new technologies. Holly has worked on a high proportion of conservation projects and her ability to interpret Pointcloud surveys greatly helps engineers analyse unstable structures. She has also been a lead technician on a number of new build projects.
Holly joined Integral in 2015 as an apprentice and studied for five years whilst working. She successfully obtained her BTEC Level 3 diploma in Construction and the Built Environment, passing with a double grade distinction* and went on to achieve her HNC Level 4 and HND level 5 in Construction and the Built Environment, both with distinctions. She has gained her EngTech through the Institution of Civil Engineers. In her final coursework Holly looked at the use of BIM to produce embodied carbon calculations in early stage building design. She is keen to embrace this method to improve design and reduce the amount of embodied carbon we use, both through specifying lower carbon materials and by reducing the amount of the high carbon material we use in a building.
Within the practice Holly is also involved in defining and implementing procedures, enhancing consistency and efficiency through standardisation, contributing to the ISO9001 accreditation.
Holly is interested in creative crafts especially sewing and knitting. She has relatively recently developed an interest in gardening.
