Engineer

Laura is working on a wide range of projects new build, refurbishment and conservation. She is keen to further her interest in conservation and her ambition is to become a conservation accredited engineer.

With seven years’ experience in a bridges team, Laura was project managing and leading asset management contracts for local authorities. She studied part-time for a postgraduate MSc in the Conservation of Historic Buildings at the University of Bath, graduating in 2020 with distinction and moved to a career in structural engineering.

Outside of work, Laura has lots of interests including live music gigs, musical theatre and film. Her discerning taste for hot chocolate means she is always alert to the possibility of finding the next delicious one to sample but equally happy with a cup of tea and some cake. The Integral team bake off challenges are much appreciated!
