People are central to the way Toby approaches his work. He is driven by a desire to improve the built environment in which we live, enriching the lives of others by providing the buildings and structures required for society to thrive. He also finds working within a healthy team incredibly rewarding. Toby recognises the importance of respecting the unique skills and experience of individuals working to a common objective. He enjoys fostering unity and good communication with others.

Outside of the office Toby enjoys sport and keeping fit, particularly playing and following football, as well as cycling. Above all, however, Toby is a keen musician. He is particularly fond of his growing vinyl collection!
